基于广域网络的远程放射学平台的设计与实现

[摘 要] 现代放射学产生大容量数据成为制约基于广域网络的远程放射学的瓶颈,特别是在实时会诊过程中的图像快速交互。本文详细介绍了一个遵从DICOM标准,适合普通广域网络使用的大容量医学图像传输、显示和实时会诊框架;并应用于远程放射学平台,实现了基于广域网络远程医疗中的远程放射学平台的建设。

Abstract: Teleradiology that based on wide-area network meets its bottleneck, with the main reason of the increasing larger dataset produced by modern radiology. Typically, it happens in the real-time consultation which requires high rate image exchange. For this case, we designed a DICOM-conformed frame for the transfer and display of large image dataset, and also for the real-time consultation, but still with a common wide-area network. With the application of this frame, a wide-area network based teleradiology platform has been implemented on the telemedicine.
